Hallo reader!
It's been a while since I posted my last Face to Face and I decided I had to do a little change.
Yeah, just a little.
But today's FTF is between this two books with a very similar cover:
Let's start!

Book 2: Newspaper reporter
Charlie Trudeau is living an ordinary life, until witnessing a fatal
hit-and-run accident gives her an intense psychic power she has no clue
how to handle—and brings a Chicago police detective to her doorstep...
Noah
Lassiter wants nothing more than to find the driver who killed his good
friend. But his only lead is the beautiful Charlie Trudeau, who gets
prickly when he starts nosing around town. Charlie’s clearly hiding
something, but Noah needs her help unraveling the mystery of his
friend’s death—even if the electricity between them complicates things.
But
the more Noah and Charlie uncover, the more they realize they’re
looking for a desperate killer—and the more danger they’re in. And if
Charlie can’t gain control over her psychic powers, they may not survive
long enough to explore the full sizzling potential of their desire…
MY POV
Book 1:
I read this book some time ago, because I just loved the cover since the first time I saw it, and well, I added it to my Contemporary reading challenge.I was loving contemporary till I read this one... It disappointed me!
I got bored and frustrated and sad... and I really wanted to like it, but I just couldn't. I mean, this book is not terrible, it has some good parts, but I think it's not for me.
My rating: 3 Stars.
Goodreads Rating: 3.06
Book 2:
I didn't know about this book till I see the comparisons with the cover and I thought: Oh great! another one! But I started to read reviews and I just realized that this book looks so good! I can't be really clear about it, coz I haven't read it, but it promises a little more than Kiss Crush Collide. My rating: 4 Stars.
Goodreads Rating: 3.76
REVIEWERS POVs
Book 1: This was taken from G. Knightley (See review here)
"The way this book was written is more realistically from the vantage
point of someone who is falling in love than many others I have read in a
long time""In my opinion this book shouldn't be dismissed, as it's actually a refreshing take on the confusing, awful and wonderful craziness that falling in love brings"
Book 2: This is taken from Not your ordinary book group (See review here)
"True Vision is non-stop action from beginning to end""Personally, I think what drew me in the most were the two main characters, Charlie and Noah. Lamb created two very likable protagonists. I was immediately invested in their journey. I also liked her writing style. She has a snappy voice and perfect pacing. The mystery unfolded slowly, the romance was believable, and the premise was interesting. The story was packed with intrigue, family secrets, romance, and a solid mystery that kept me turning the pages"
THE WINNER
Not just what I think, but what other people think as well.
My rating wasn't based on my own thought coz I haven't read True Vision. So, it was based on all the reviews I read.
