In the last day of this year I knew I had to end up my celebration of the best of 2012 with something fantastic.
So, I picked Elizebeth Norris with her book Unraving which I read at the on early December.
And Liz was, as JLA, so kind to give me an interview for this lovely blog.
That's why to do this feature even better. I AM GOING TO GIVE THE WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY A SECOND BOOK.
Yes, the winner of my giveaway will pick 2 books of my favorite reads of 2012. (Thanks to Addie for her donation)
Elizabeth Norris briefly
taught high school English and history before trading the southern
California beaches and sunshine for Manhattan's recent snowpocalyptic
winter. She harbors dangerous addictions to guacamole, red velvet cupcakes, sushi, and Argo Tea, fortunately not all together. Her
first novel, UNRAVELING (Balzer+Bray, April 2012), is the story of one
girl’s fight to save her family, her world, and the one boy she never
saw coming.

Most of reader agreed that the author of this year was the awesome Jennifer L. Armentrout with all her books published in this year. Plus, all those 5 stars reviews for her writing.
Of course, it was impossible that I didn't have at least one book by her in this celebration.
This year I read Pure, Onyx and Deity; and bought Cursed and Opal, but my very favorite was the super awesome Covenant book #3 : Deity. That made me pick JLA as my favorite author of November.
USA Today Bestselling Author Jennifer L. Armentrout Lives in West Virginia.
All the rumors you heard about her state aren’t true.
Well,
mostly. When she's not hard at work writing, she spends her time,
reading, working out, watching zombie movies, and pretending to write.
She
is the author of the Covenant Series (Spencer Hill Press), the Lux
Series (Entangled Teen), Don't Look Back (Disney/Hyperion) and a yet
untitled novel (Disney/Hyperion).
Jennifer also writes adult romance under the pen name J. Lynn
Jenn was so kind by answering some of the common questions I always want to ask the authors. You know, she was really busy, but took the time to give me a mini-interview.
And here you are.
Thanks to JLA!

Okay, I just read The evolution of Mara Dyer a week ago. But Michelle Hodkin must to be in this list. So, the better month for that is October, when Mara Dyer 2 was realeased.
At the age of sixteen,
Michelle Hodkin lost the rights to her soul in a poker game with pirates
just south of Natchez. Shortly thereafter, she joined an acting troupe
and traveled the world performing feats of wonder and mischief. She has
been seen on stages nationwide and earned rave reviews for her one woman
performance of Titus Andronicus before writing the New York Times
bestselling Mara Dyer Trilogy. The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer and its
sequel, The Evolution of Mara Dyer are available now, and the third book
in the trilogy, The Retribution of Mara Dyer, hits shelves Fall 2013.
Michelle currently lives with her three pets and may or may not be a
reliable narrator of her own life.

Even though Shine was published on May, I didn't want to read it, until I get my paperback copy (I read Shade and Shift in e-book). So, on September my awesome friend April sent me THIS book. Shine!
I was reluctant to read it, because Logan wasn't there anymore. But, hey! It's Jery! and this is one of my favorite trilogies. It would be stupid not to give it a try.
I did.
And I loved it!
