TBR Intervention Challenge (42)

The goal of this challenge is to help each other (fellow readers and bloggers) manage our enormous and constantly growing TBR (To-Be-Read) List. The rules are simple and everyone is encouraged to participate. It does not force you to commit to more than what you can manage to read in a week or so, but participants are encouraged to read at least one book within a week. You are free to choose the book you want to read and commit to this challenge. You may post your entry every Saturday, at the frequency of your choice--EVERY WEEK or EVERY TWO WEEKS. However, we will sponsor this event regularly every Saturday.

Rules.
1. Post the book(s) you committed to read in your last TBR Intervention post and tell us something about it. Did you finish it? Did you enjoy it or not? Post the link to your review (if you have one).
2. Post a book that you want to read and already own. Pick something that has been sitting on your shelf for too long now (6 months or longer). Commit to read the book in the next couple of days or week.
3. Grab the TBR Intervention Button and post it on your blog sidebar so you will be constantly reminded of the challenge, making it easier for you to commit. This will also encourage other readers/bloggers/visitors to join the challenge.
4. Add the link to your post in the Linky below and make sure to visit the other blogs. Comment, encourage, and spread the love to our fellow readers.

Last week TBRIC.

Okay, not a good week again. But I have a good excuse!
1. We are on Holidays!!!
2. I was hunting the YASH!
3. My internet's back!
I can't help it, I got distracted very easy.
Well, I do finished Glitch, which was good, but not amazing, and to be honest, it could be better if I was 15.
I also finished Illumine... and, Oh surprise! this good was great!! I can't believe it took me so much to read it, it was really good! (even though last week I was halfway to it, so I just read one 1/2 books!)
But.. wait. I also started to read Forgotten, I'm 30%
Too bad I didn't have the chance to read Dearly, departed. I liked the first chapter.

This week TBRIC.
&
This week are the most happy days in my country/city/town. So, I don't know If I will be able to read a lot. Plus, I got a job "for party time" and I'm planning to go to the carnival.
Anyway, I'll try to finish Forgotten, and read The treachery of beautiful things (Hi, DANY!!! don't you think you already see this cover anywhere??). I have a blog tour stop next monday for this book.
And... In case, but just in case I have time, I'll start reading Dearly, departed.

Have a nice week!!!

  1. I was starting to ask what YASH was but I remembered about the YA Scavenger Hunt.

Oh, do go on and have fun on your holidays and enjoy yourself at the carnival ^_^

  2. Good luck with the YASH! I'm not joining this time... it's a lot of work and it kept me occupied last time I joined. It was fun though. I hope you'll win Lis! Go go go!!!

Oh and by the way, I hope you'll enjoy Forgotten. It isn't a great book for me, but good enough. :)

P.S. It's Tristan who joined the taekwondo class, not me! I want to but I'm too old for that. LOL. I'm afraid I'll be a broken-limb kickass if I tried to! hahaha.
