Falling in Love, baking a magical cake, fighting an evil necromancer—it’s all in a day’s work for Audrey Oliver, seventeen-year-old witch-in-training. When her mother goes missing and her twenty-one-year-old witchy cousin shows up out of the blue, Audrey knows something’s gone horribly, dangerously wrong. Now it’s up to her to get her own magical powers up to speed before everyone she loves is destroyed by the sorcerer intricately connected to her mother’s secret past.

My POV.
Okay, I received this book via the author, so she deserves my total honesty. The first thing I have to say about this book is that IT'S GREAT but that cover isn't good! Please, forgive my silly comment, but I'm a crazy cover lover and that's the first thing I see in a book when I want to buy it. And I think that AGtW deserves to be buy, but some people like me can stop because of the cover.

Now, go to the story. As you can read in the summary, this is the story about a girl named Audrey who suddenly realizes she is a witch and her mother is missing.
The first thing you have to know about this is that Audrey is an awesome girl, she is strong, smart and selfless. All came to her at the same time. Her mother is missing, her cousin comes to her and tell her she is a witch, her sister is starting to bright as a rock star diva, and Julian, an hot boy appears in her life.

Now, you want o know what is the guide? Well, the guide is a notebook where Audrey writes everything she wants to lern... So, a guide to witchcraft? Funny, right?
I loved the way Sally (Audrey's cousin) shows herself, she is good character and makes you believe, she really is a witch. The same way Meg (Audrey's sister) makes you believe she is a rock star.
One of the things I loved the most was the fact that Audrey was jealous of her little sister, that not common in the books I read. Of course, the principal character is the better, always. But Audrey's insecurities, make her more human, much more credible
Add to this, that she thinks Julian, the boy she likes, is interested in her sister!

The plot was fantastic! At first I have thought it will be low and more like the usual, but after the first chapters it became better and better. The magic in Audrey, the villian she have to fight, the weird things that are happening, all that is full of magic!
You won't be dissappointed!

Sorry, if this isn't the best review ever, I'm a little sleepy now :) I just want you to know that Audrey's guide to Witchcraft is an awesome read. Funny, light, with great characters, a fast read, a good writing-style, an awesome romance and a lot of magic.
You have to read it!
