TBR Intervention Challenge (34)

The goal of this challenge is to help each other (fellow readers and bloggers) manage our enormous and constantly growing TBR (To-Be-Read) List. The rules are simple and everyone is encouraged to participate. It does not force you to commit to more than what you can manage to read in a week or so, but participants are encouraged to read at least one book within a week. You are free to choose the book you want to read and commit to this challenge. You may post your entry every Saturday, at the frequency of your choice--EVERY WEEK or EVERY TWO WEEKS. However, we will sponsor this event regularly every Saturday.

Rules.
1. Post the book(s) you committed to read in your last TBR Intervention post and tell us something about it. Did you finish it? Did you enjoy it or not? Post the link to your review (if you have one).
2. Post a book that you want to read and already own. Pick something that has been sitting on your shelf for too long now (6 months or longer). Commit to read the book in the next couple of days or week.
3. Grab the TBR Intervention Button and post it on your blog sidebar so you will be constantly reminded of the challenge, making it easier for you to commit. This will also encourage other readers/bloggers/visitors to join the challenge.
4. Add the link to your post in the Linky below and make sure to visit the other blogs. Comment, encourage, and spread the love to our fellow readers.

Last week TBRIC.
I didn't finished this book, I'm still halfway cuz I haven't read a lot this week.
Anyway, I finished Dark kiss and it was really good. I loved the
plot! I just didn't like the fact that it was a lot predictible!

It's good, pretty weird but good. Just think of 2 mature ghosts in teen bodies, and see that kind of weird!

This week TBRIC
I know everyone loves this book and I finally have a copy for my Nook. So, I won't waste any time, and I think I need cry, lol! I love sad books and this promises a lot of that.
Hope I can finish on time cuz I have some ARC I need to read these days.

  2. Sorry you didn't finish Certain Slant of Light. It's been one of those that's pooped up a lot in "books you may also like" lists, but I've never picked it up. Glad you liked Dark Kiss, but I'm sorry it was a bit predictable.

Super curious about A Fault in Our Stars. It does sound like the kind of book that should be sold with a complimentary Kleenex box. I hope you enjoy it and that it gives you your good cry ;) Good luck this week!

  3. Don't worry, I think you are not the only one who haven't finish last TBRIC. Ayanami, Dani and I, too! LOL. I am so glad that you finally got a copy of The Fault In Our Stars. It's really good and I hope you'll enjoy it a lot. Good luck to us for this coming TBRIC. It's school time here so I'm gonna be real busy this time with Tristan starting his school. Need to catch up with books and reviews. Good luck!

P.S. I wore the bracelets again today! They are so precious! and I'm excited to wear them again next time :) THANK YOU LIS!!! Mwuaaah!

  4. LOLZ to April's comment. Yep, what kind of hosts are we? Teehee. But we all have those days. I do agree that A Certain Slant of Light is a bit kooky and though I did finish it, I was just speechless and didn't know what to make of it.

Good luck on this week's TBRIC.
