Books are more than a words

Dec 30, 2013

Best of... (and worst of) 2013 & a huge Giveaway!

This year according to GoodReads I read 102 books, including 2014 ARCs, ending series and books I had on my TBR pile since... a long time ago!
Almost all of them are 4 and 5 stars, but theeeeeese
....are my favorites of 2013!

And because nothing is 100% perfect, these 6 books were the worst (that doesn't mean they are terrible, just that "I" didn't love them) or most disappointing of 2013.

Ok, this is because I have a favorite blog... well, I have a lot of favorite blogs, but this one is my addiction!
I love the blog design, the button, the review format, the segments, I love Ari's recommendations!
Everything! I check every new post (even if I don't comment) because it's like that... Ari from Reading after midnight is MY favorite blogger of this year!

Reading After Midnight

I give this title to the author with more than 1 book that I read this year...
Last year was Jennifer L. Armentrout.
This year Kasie West made me fall in love with two different awesome stories.

I write YA. I eat Junior Mints. Sometimes I go crazy and do both at the same time. My novels, published through Harper Teen are: PIVOT POINT, its sequel SPLIT SECOND (Feb 2014), and THE DISTANCE BETWEEN US (a contemporary novel). I also have two more contemporaries, ON THE FENCE coming out July 1, 2014, and THE FILL-IN BOYFRIEND coming out the summer of 2015. My agent is the talented and funny Michelle Wolfson.
Because you're awesome and because I want to say THANK YOU for another year with me, this giveaway is for you.
1 (one) lucky winner will win.
1 book from my favorite of 2013 (see above)
1 book from Ari's favorite (you have to check out her blog to know which one)
1 book by Kasie West.
Yes, that's THREE books to 1 winner.

The giveaway is INT, all you have to do is follow the rafflecopter rules.

  3. Cool lists! Mystic City wasn't the best book (almost comical, imo) but wow we have so many books in common! Dare You To, With All My Soul (noo it's over), Poison Princess, Prodigy... I like your taste in books. :P
