TBR Intervention Challenge #48

TBR Intervention Challenge  is a weekly meme challenge hosted by Dani @ Refracted Lights, April @ Books 4 Juliet and Ayanami @ Whaterver you can still betray.
To read the rules and join just click on the banner and have fun.

 Hallo world!
This is my "starting over" edition.
It's been almost 3 LONG WEEKS since I don't read anything (~sigh~ my eyes!) and I can't read the books I commited to read that past edition to the challenge.

This week TBRIC.
&

I'm scheduled for the blog tour of these books next week. And since I realized that I work better under pressure, I think I'll be able to finish them on time, and maybe after that I will read Onyx.

So, I hope you have a better week.
Happy reading!!

TBR Intervention Challenge (46)

The goal of this challenge is to help each other (fellow readers and bloggers) manage our enormous and constantly growing TBR (To-Be-Read) List. The rules are simple and everyone is encouraged to participate. It does not force you to commit to more than what you can manage to read in a week or so, but participants are encouraged to read at least one book within a week. You are free to choose the book you want to read and commit to this challenge. You may post your entry every Saturday, at the frequency of your choice--EVERY WEEK or EVERY TWO WEEKS. However, we will sponsor this event regularly every Saturday.

Rules.
1. Post the book(s) you committed to read in your last TBR Intervention post and tell us something about it. Did you finish it? Did you enjoy it or not? Post the link to your review (if you have one).
2. Post a book that you want to read and already own. Pick something that has been sitting on your shelf for too long now (6 months or longer). Commit to read the book in the next couple of days or week.
3. Grab the TBR Intervention Button and post it on your blog sidebar so you will be constantly reminded of the challenge, making it easier for you to commit. This will also encourage other readers/bloggers/visitors to join the challenge.
4. Add the link to your post in the Linky below and make sure to visit the other blogs. Comment, encourage, and spread the love to our fellow readers.

Last week TBRIC.
&
Well it was really two weeks ago. But I did it on time. I read My super sweet sixteenth century and Seaweed. Both were 4 stars. I liked them.
I wasn't able to post my TBRIC last week but I'm happy I didn't!... oh, the shame! I was going to commit to read Shine and Pushing the Limits, but now -today- I'm still reading Shine (awesome) and nothing more.

This week TBRIC
&
Pushing the Limits... I know every one loves this book, I can't believe I still haven't read it!!! I still have the ARC that NetGa approved me and I have a finished e-book copy, so why on earth I haven't read it??? who knows! Anyway, now it's the time.
I also want to read Torment... that's because some days ago I won a signed copy of Rapture, and I've heard so many good things about it that I need to read it as soon as possible.
I hope this is better than last week, or I'm going to die of shame!

Last week TBRIC.

Yay! I finally finished Audrey's guide to Witchcraft and honestly, it was great! fresh and light.
I think some people hate me coz I said the cover was ugly, but I can't help it, I'm too crazy about covers!
...........
And I'm almost done with The Lost Prince, almost done means, I'm in the last 30 pages!!! And it's AWESOME!!!! I love it!

This week TBRIC.
&
This week I have to read these two books coz I have my stops for them in the Blog Tour. I have heard a lot of good things about My super sweet sixteenth century, and I really hope I like it, but I haven't heard anything about Seaweed, so I hope I like it as well!

Well, have a nice week!

Last week TBRIC.

I think it's another bad week... I wonder what's happening to me? But however, I did finish Forgotten, and I have to say I really liked it. It was sweet, simple but sweet. That is one of those books I call "light reads"
Now, I'm almost done with Audrey's guide to witchcraft, and I really really, really like this book. I have to say that I HATE that cover... see? it's ugly, but the book, the story is awesome!
I hope I can finish today.

This week TBR IC
I can't help it!
I need to read this book now!
So, in case I have a bad week again, I want to make sure to read at least THIS book!

Good luck to you, and have a nice weekend!

Last week TBRIC.

Hallo people!
My name is Lis Carcamo and I have a big problem... I didn't finished my books! booooo!
Okay, I thought it could happen coz we were celebrating 2 weeks of Holidays and I didn't have a lot time to read, but I really tried it! and I fail.

I'm halfway to both books: Forgotten and The treachery of beautiful things (I have to say it, the cover of the second one reminds me a lot of a book I saw over Dani's blog! but I don't remember the name)
Well, I'm liking both and I hope I  can finish them soon!

Next week TBR IC
First of all I have to finish my other books, and then, I'll read Audrey's guide to witchcraft by Jody Gehrman. I received this book from the author and now it's the time to try it. It's been a while since I have it, but for some reason I wasn't able to start it. Plus, everytime I see the cover I have to think of my dad (his name's German!) lol! And I don't like to think of my parents while I'm reading... Will see!

Happy weekend to all of you!

Last week TBRIC.

Okay, not a good week again. But I have a good excuse!
1. We are on Holidays!!!
2. I was hunting the YASH!
3. My internet's back!
I can't help it, I got distracted very easy.
Well, I do finished Glitch, which was good, but not amazing, and to be honest, it could be better if I was 15.
I also finished Illumine... and, Oh surprise! this good was great!! I can't believe it took me so much to read it, it was really good! (even though last week I was halfway to it, so I just read one 1/2 books!)
But.. wait. I also started to read Forgotten, I'm 30%
Too bad I didn't have the chance to read Dearly, departed. I liked the first chapter.

This week TBRIC.
&
This week are the most happy days in my country/city/town. So, I don't know If I will be able to read a lot. Plus, I got a job "for party time" and I'm planning to go to the carnival.
Anyway, I'll try to finish Forgotten, and read The treachery of beautiful things (Hi, DANY!!! don't you think you already see this cover anywhere??). I have a blog tour stop next monday for this book.
And... In case, but just in case I have time, I'll start reading Dearly, departed.

Have a nice week!!!

Last week TBRIC.
Finally!!!!
Hurra!!!
Bravo!!!
I finally finished this book, and it was just because I didn't have internet, so I just read, and read, and read. It was funny coz I read it in two days, after all of the time. And it was good!

&
Now, for the first time in a long time, I can say my week was good. I also read Nevermore by Kelly Creag, and it was more than awesome! It's now one of my favorite books of this year.
And I'm almost finishing Illumine by Alivia Anders. I'm very surprised because this book is really good. Can't wait for the ending!
The bad part comes with my mistake. All my friends recommended The Vincent Boys, so, I really wanted to read it book. And I did, the problem was that when I was 30% I realized I wasn't reading The Vincent Boys... I was reading The Vincent Brothers! (Book #2). Now, I don't know what to do!
This week TBRIC.
&
I was looking on my TBR List, and I just saw I have a LOT of ARCs! One of those is Gitch, so maybe this is time to read, the same with Dearly, Beloved. So, I want to read Dearly Departed.
And I hope I have time to read another book.

Hope you all have a nice week. See you soon!

Pathetic week Round #2
Those days when you think "What the hell I was doing?"
Last week TBRIC.
Remember when I say that I will read this book this last week? Well. I DIDN'T!!!
Now, I just want to hit my face and scream to myself "SILLY"
Yeah, you already understood I bet. I just fished Sweet Evil, which was awesome... but nothing else!
Now, this is for pride! I won't commit to read anything till I finish this one!
Don't know what happened. I just think it was TOO much internet!
Hope you had a week so much better than mine... nop, I know you did!
Wish me luck!

Hi there! Welcome to another unfortunate TBRIC edition.
No kidding. I feel like I have like... two months, saying: Oh, I fail... or Oh, I didn't... Oh, I haven't finished it! Well, today when I opened my note book and see my historial. I screamed a "Crap!!!" cuz I'm 9 books behind my personal challenge.
Just see my post for this day!!!

Last week TBRIC.
This was epic!!!! I just read one book this week. Before I wake (Soul Screamers #6)
I can't complain too much cuz it was awesome, but it was just ONE book, when I use to read at least two!...

Anyway, I finished Under the never sky and I'm halfway to Sweet evil. So, again, my Next Week TBR IC. is Crimson Groves... AGAIN!!!

Hope you have an amazing weekend. See you!

My last TBR Intervention Challenge was this 2 books, but I missed last week and they were the same. I finished Silent Song and it was awesome, I really liked it.
Now I'm currently reading Under the never sky, I'm still in page 100, so I still have a lot to read. I'm also reading Easy, and I'm liking it so far!

I received this book from the author and I think it's now the time to read it. I also need to finish Easy and Under the never sky. Plus, I... kind of forgot about the Propheticus blog tour and I have 2 days to read The Migliao by Emma Daley. So, I'll have a very busy week.

Hope you have an amazing weekend, by the way. See you!
